Whatever you feed the body it becomes, whatever you feed the mind it succumbs.

I pray for peace, principalities and for freedom within, for there is so much sorrow the world is drowning in.                                                                May we all realize soon, before it is too late, that all we need to do is recite the list we dare never to lilt.                                                                   For it really is so simple that we never give it any place. But today take this journey with me and at the end may we realize how great it can be.

I AM                                                                                                                                              I AM THE TRUTH                                                                                                                I AM THE CENTER                                                                                                              I AM THE LIGHT                                                                                                                   I AM WISDOM                                                                                                                      I AM POWER                                                                                                                          I AM STRENGTH                                                                                                                  I AM INTELLIGENCE                                                                                                         I AM KNOWLEDGE                                                                                                           I AM HEALTH                                                                                                                         I AM WEALTH                                                                                                                        I AM BEAUTY                                                                                                                         I AM SUPREME

For this, there is no order; it is YOU, buried deep within. So move over sorrow, suffering and pain, they all have held the TRUE YOU down for too long,  for it is now the time, so let the YOU  shine.
