Remembering Spring in the Winter
We see ourselves through the eyes of the Universe
All the while the Universe express itself in glorious vivid color.
Latch on to her moods and enjoy the seasons
In spring all things wake up from their slumber, excited to show their true colors
When in summer the sun is there and we can make hay
Then in fall the leaves turn into brilliant multi colors
Soon it turns bitter cold, now its old man winters turn. When snow falls down we love to hide in cozy warm homes, just waiting for spring to come back again. So till then enjoy the crackles from the fireplace, before you blink it will be spring in vivid color.

Lovely macro of the rain tree flowers. The flower looks like what blooms on the many Mimosa trees we have on our property. Such a beautiful flower, they look like they have tiny LED lights on them.. 🙂

Thank-you for your beautiful work, and your visit to mine. I love your images and poetry. I have this fauna in my garden, it is incredibly interesting. They have a likeness to pom poms.
Thanks for commenting….and I am flattered by them. Some how this is a very common flower with so much beauty and perhaps over looked. And I am glad you liked my poem.
Very nice, a spring picture in the winter! I like your reminder to enjoy all the seasons…

One of my favorite trees so splendidly captured. Loved your observations about nature, too!
I’m glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for your lovely comments.
Beautiful capture! Well done.
Thanks you very much.
Reminds me of when we lived in Africa. There were similar thorn tree flowers, though more yellow than pink. They smelled lovely too.
I realize these trees are mainly found in warmer climates, to my surprise I found this in Long Island, N.Y.
Indeed a lucky find 🙂
Beautiful!
Lovely pics….
Thanks,,,
